Bronwyn Mauldin is an artist who writes fiction and facts. She is creator of The Democracy Series zine collection, which is available in bookstores and libraries across the US, and has been exhibited as fine art. She also teaches a workshop series to accompany the zones. Mauldin is the author of Love Songs of the Revolution and The Streetwise Cycle. Her short fiction has been published by Akashic Books, Coffin Factory, Gold Man Review, Literature for Life, CutBank, CellStories, and others. Her poetry has appeared in Watchung Review, The Typescript, and Fire and Rain: Ecopoetry of California. Mauldin has been a writer in residence at Mesa Verde National Park in Colorado and Denali National Park in Alaska.
